RING No. 22

It is a shame that styrofoam is not recyclable in most cities and counties. I usually try to reuse it by having it function as packaging when shipping something. I have saved some of the interesting pieces though, and tonight one particular piece makes its debut! This ring makes me think of ice or the foam at the edge of the sea...


Materials: found styrofoam cast into resin, (cut, carved, sanded, and lightly polished)
