RING No. 200

Today was a pretty blah day. I felt terrible......I am really hoping tomorrow will be better. I am still coping with the loss of my grandmother. I miss her so much.....I had a long and much needed talk with my sister Sarah Beth. Thanks so much for listening SB! I love you!......My mom booked a flight down South for me today, so I will not be driving down. I was pretty sad about it in a way because I wanted to have my car down there and visit friends in the awesome city of Charlotte. I was also looking forward to spending time at the Chateau de Mueller (Janice and Werner's) However, since I have had such anxiety when driving lately (even a 30 min. trip to the airport), I am much happier to fly. I am looking forward to spending some much needed time with my family. We are going to the beach for a week (Edisto Beach - best beach ever) and the remaining time I will be hanging around Orangeburg. I packed all my stuff just now and I am so ready to be back home. Today, Nikki and I got Root Beer floats at A & W in celebration of the end of our painting job at Kathleens. They were delicious! I bought a cute little mini mug and made today's ring out of the bag the the mug came in. Thanks for checking in! I'm off to a 20s themed party! Hooray!

Today I made cupcakes. I kept the paper separators that came in between the foil cupcake liners. The plastic pieces came from orange juice containers (safety seal).

Yesterday felt like the longest day. The hours passed like weeks. I'm glad its over. Today was a bit better, because I worked for most of the day.

Last night I was listening to a song called Walking after you by the Foo Fighters off their album (one of my favorites), The Colour and the Shape.....A few words in the song gave me tonight's ring idea.

Justin Eschelman, the Pastor that spoke at my grandmother's memorial service gave me this orange plastic bear ring. He said he found it and it reminded him of me and my Ring a Day routine. Thank you Mr. Eschelman!

I created a tiny little silver ring that mimics the shape of the bears head. It fits inside the compartment of the orange bear. Thanks for checking in! Goodnight!

Today I slept in, listed some items on ebay, worked in the studio, played tennis with Dave, and watched Despicable Me. If you haven't seen that movie, you must! I loved it!
